Also happy for you to quickly check any other external taps while onsite. 4) Possible leak under the bath – suspected around the bath waste/trap under the house (there appears to be an old taped joint). Please inspect and repair if straightforward. 5 Yukka and palm stumps need to be ground down. Some are located in garden beds but are accessible for equipments that's not too big. I'll deal with the clean up. Block is fairly level and parking is no problem. Task can be done during the day with plenty of flexibility.

We have an area which has been cleared, and bamboo/trees cut down 50cm from ground level. We need the area cleared, roots dug out and roots /waste removed/dumped. There is also some weed matting which needs to be dumped also

Looking for 1 or 2 people who have experience in abseiling, climbing, and working at heights to work on residential yard. 10m high x 4m wide section of bank, 45-90 degree slope. Job is to: (1) remove 2 old tarps from bank (marked purple in photo). (2) assess/reattach 1 tarp, at top if eyelets, or remove (orange) (3) old tarps, sandbags, ropes etc, to be gathered up and driven to top of property (if you don’t have a van/ute etc advise when making an offer). Steel house stumps can be used to anchor, top of bank is flat and concreted. Bank is stable and there has been no movement in 3 years. Sandbags, rope, tent pegs, etc. for tarps will be provided. You will need to provide all safety and abseiling equipment. Could be suitable for labourer, handyman, or tradesman with working at heights experience. Payment can be hourly, fixed rate, or a combination. Flexible timing, ideally completed asap but within the next month. If interested, let me know if you are providing 1 or 2 people, if you have a vehicle to drive between top/bottom of property, and your preferred timing.
