Check/patch one area near a PowerPoint in Bedroom 2 where wall is loose. Inspect a few other patched spots to see if a small touch-up is needed. Notes: This is only for minor patching/touch-ups, not a full repaint. Property is a 1960s house, paintwork is old and worn. Access will need to be arranged via the real estate agent. I am seeking quotes for comparison to demonstrate a fair and reasonable cost.
