Kitchen sink mixer is old and not functional and so are the bathroom basin taps . Both require replacing. Materials supplied. Request is for contractor/ handyman to complete the replacements.only.

Shower keeps driping water because of worn tap seals. So just need someone to change the seals as l am not at home

One of the safety switches in our switch box has jumped and I've unplugged everything in the house which I can find, it still wouldn't reset, I then switched off the main switch and reset that switch, it will stay up for a minute before it jumps back to off. I think I need someone to come take a look.

Install 18 single clips in three locations, to hang 3 glass shelves inside a shop fitting archway. Clips are supplied The tallest shelf is 180cm off the ground, so only a step ladder is required. Each set of 6 clips per shelf must be exactly level. All clips are fixed to a plasterboard and MDF wall.

I’ve already cut and removed 6 Agaves, I now need the stumps removed and taken from the property. It’s a 7-8m strip along a drive way. (Photo attached of all 6 and the space). Not overly big.
