Work includes: * Touching up a few areas where paint has flaked or been damaged * Repairing 2 small wall chips * Touching up around a few light switches and ceiling fans which weren't originally done * Addressing an oil-marked area in the kitchen (may require light sanding/prep) * Covering some soap marks on the laundry wall This is NOT a full repaint and should suit someone looking for a small touch-up job. Two taps and one shower is leaking

One of the safety switches in our switch box has jumped and I've unplugged everything in the house which I can find, it still wouldn't reset, I then switched off the main switch and reset that switch, it will stay up for a minute before it jumps back to off. I think I need someone to come take a look.

I have purchased a handrail kit and need it installed to assist my senior parent with the rear steps. Seeking a friendly handyman to install. The kit claims to have bolts for installation. Will need to arrange a date for when resident is home. Costs neg

Install 18 single clips in three locations, to hang 3 glass shelves inside a shop fitting archway. Clips are supplied The tallest shelf is 180cm off the ground, so only a step ladder is required. Each set of 6 clips per shelf must be exactly level. All clips are fixed to a plasterboard and MDF wall.
