We have had 3 wall unit air con installed, these new air cons are smaller than the old one, this has left a bit of a gap with the gyprock that is unpainted and has a bit of bubbling up that needs to be sanded.

Our garage weatherboard needs all gaps above, under, sides and around door frames filled with silicone (I will supply) neatly. Painted with primer and then painted with top coat, maybe 2 coats needed. All paint supplied.

Paint touch ups and skirting boards repair

Install 18 single clips in three locations, to hang 3 glass shelves inside a shop fitting archway. Clips are supplied The tallest shelf is 180cm off the ground, so only a step ladder is required. Each set of 6 clips per shelf must be exactly level. All clips are fixed to a plasterboard and MDF wall.

Need neat work done as I am unable to remove all furniture it will need to be covered for painting. As this is the upstairs of the house.

Replace 3x pendant lampshades for new ones.

Need an experienced plumber to: 1. Replace Dorf Kemi cold water quarter turn basin tap (have spare taps and components). Note that plastic screw between lever handle and spindle I have tried but unable to turn, may need to be cut off. 2. 2x leaking garden taps. Have a spares to be used for replacement, one is on very tight (glue may have been used by the previous plumber). 3. Have 2 showers with standard taps that need to be turned very tight to turn water off. Suspect that the 4x tap washers need replacing.

Remove 11 tree stumps. The majority are small, with a width of less than 200 mm. One large olive tree stump is approximately 500 mm wide. Please check the photos for exact measurements. Limited side door access Would have to wheel machinery through the house (double doors front and back)

**REPOSTED as my SPECS CHANGED** I need 3 x bougainvillea stumps ground out please. Two are approx 30cm in diameter. One is approximately 20cm in diameter. Its a fairly narrow space. 60cm between the fence and the limestone block (see pics ) However we can remove fence by cutting it away. There is some old bitumen surrounding the stumps that will easily come away - crumbles. Retic is approx 54cm from the fence. I have tried to attach photos. They won't upload. Will try and add in comments Ideally I'd like this done Friday morning, but open to another time. Must be done by Sunday afternoon
