I would like some wooden steps to be built at the front of my home. The front garden is on a angle, however some soil would be required to be dug out. The steps would be approximately covering a 7m length and a 1-1.2m width. Thank you.

Our alfresco outdoor gyprock ceiling has partially collapsed so it needs replacing and old ceiling removed - looking at our house plan it says it is gyprock lined at 30c the plan also states that the alfresco area is 16.36m2

2 garden Taps are both leaking Need replacing

I would like an experienced and qualified plumber to do some maintenance. I need to have the following work done: - service 2 flick mixers (replacement of cartridges). - remove 2 x pop-up plug and waste & replace with standard waste (with overflow). - remove 4 x small under sink taps & replace them. - replace 2 x sets of shower taps. - replace 1 x set of bath taps. I will supply the taps for shower & bath, including the 40mm wastes. I am hoping to pick up the order this week. Since I’m not sure what is needed for the flick mixer, I would like you to supply the cartridge and another washers. I also like you to supply the under sink taps as well. The bathroom flick mixers don’t have much pressure, so I would like them checked for any blockages.

Need someone to remove the remaining tree/shrub stumps and roots from my backyard. Most of the trees and bushes have already been cut down, but there are several stumps and established root systems still in the ground, including along the fence line. The job includes removing the remaining stumps and removing as much of the root systems as reasonably possible, along with clearing any shrubs, vines and regrowth along the fence line. I have two new hosepipes from XO (one grey and one pink both pictured) I am currently injured but I have managed to get the fixtures onto the grey one. I need someone to do the following: The pink needs to fixtures placing on the hose and the tap and needs to be connected to the tap. The grey needs connecting to the tap. They both come with hose holders which just slide over the tap. I DO NOT need the holders attached to the wall.
