Main switch for water heater keeps tripping in the fuse box

I am seeking a fully enclosed games room extension for my home that prevents rain from entering and provides a comfortable, all-weather entertainment space. I want a gate also included and a door as well. The top is already done, I just want around it to be enclosed.

We are undertaking renovations to a house in Wilson and need plumbing works completed to the kitchen and bathroom.

Need a leaking tap replacement for bathrooms and kitchen, total 5 to 6 taps. Looking for the reasonable quote.

The collapsed fence is made of Hardy material, not asbestos. We want to replaced with colorbond 180 cm high. The area is sandy and has easy access. We need it fast as one neighbour has animals.

A few touch ups to ceilings and walls required to be done.

Ive got a few taps and toilet that need fixing so someone can just come in for an hour or two and fix the whole lot; - Upstairs basin and downstairs basin taps need all new washers - Both taps on downstair shower need washers - Upstairs toilet is continually running, not sure if this is a fix or not! (Bloody hope so!) - Outside in back yard tap dripping hard needs new washers. Not sure how long this takes to all do - but im hoping its all easy enough. Im terrible at this stuff - need someone with right tools and bits just do it all in one hit! Thanks

Paint Touch-Ups – Small 2 Bedroom Unit (Tuart Hill) (Was newly painted 1 year ago) Looking for an experienced painter to complete a small number of paint touch-ups in a 2-bedroom unit. Work includes: * Touching up a few areas where paint has flaked or been damaged * Repairing 2 small wall chips * Touching up around a few light switches and ceiling fans which weren't originally done * Addressing an oil-marked area in the kitchen (may require light sanding/prep) * Covering some soap marks on the laundry wall This is NOT a full repaint and should suit someone looking for a small touch-up job. My car needs to be jumpstarted but is down the driveway so unable to use another car. Have tried a portable jumpstarter but isn’t working, not sure if the jumpstarter or the battery is the problem

Two taps and one shower is leaking

Instal/replace 3-in-1 Bathroom Heater, Exhaust Fan and Light in White with 4x 275W Heat Lamps

One of the safety switches in our switch box has jumped and I've unplugged everything in the house which I can find, it still wouldn't reset, I then switched off the main switch and reset that switch, it will stay up for a minute before it jumps back to off. I think I need someone to come take a look.
