Some fibrous saddle straps need replacement. There was a slight movement of ceiling boards and now there is minor sagging in the living room. We have a few areas needing attention. Some paint chips as per photos that need fixing and holes closed as well as some sticky plasters and marker to doors one wall one pantry cupboard and paint marks to desks removed

Had laundry door replaced, leaving gaps around the door and exposing brickwork. Want to fill gaps around door (see photos) to be able to have flush finish to black door frame

Require relocation of my existing hot water unit to the other wall marked on image including moving my taps for my washing machine. The wall it’s on now is being demolished on weekend and then require the unit, taps and pipe moved to other wall which I can cabinet around. Taps will be anywhere under window or around there and all behind cabinets. Electrical is all sorted I will arrange. I will have the unit fitted to wall where I want it, chase the wall to the unit from where the pipes end up in the wall ready for it to be plumbed. Update: pipes have been capped by plumber this morning in laundry Thanks

Paint Touch-Ups – Small 2 Bedroom Unit (Tuart Hill) (Was newly painted 1 year ago) Looking for an experienced painter to complete a small number of paint touch-ups in a 2-bedroom unit. Two taps and one shower is leaking

Instal/replace 3-in-1 Bathroom Heater, Exhaust Fan and Light in White with 4x 275W Heat Lamps

One of the safety switches in our switch box has jumped and I've unplugged everything in the house which I can find, it still wouldn't reset, I then switched off the main switch and reset that switch, it will stay up for a minute before it jumps back to off. I think I need someone to come take a look.
