I have three lamps that need to have the wiring and lamp fittings changed to Australian standards. I would prefer brass coloured lamp fittings. They currently have US brass fittings with a harp attachment for the shades. I want to keep the current shades. I need you to provide the correct lamp fittings and cords and plugs and assemble them. Licensed electricians only please.

Hey Guys, We installed flat pack timber steps. They’ve been there for a few years but are now in disrepair. The rail is way too thick and not so nice looking. I was thinking of having 2 rails now instead of one. Attached are photos of the steps in different stages. I prefer a farm house look and not too modern. Looking pretty crap now. Thanks

Plumber needed to fix 3 sets of tight bathroom taps and unblock one basin. The taps are old - I need you to fix them so they do not need to be turned so tight to stop dripping. The basin in the first photo is clogged and it takes ages for the water to drain - I need this fixed too.

I need my two bathroom sink taps replaced. You'll be taking out old taps of the same make and replacing with new. You'll need to have the correct plumbing tools and be able to work lying on your back as access is typically tricky.
