The upstairs light circuit is not working (2 ceiling pendants). I think one of the old style wire fuses may need replacing. Perhaps the entire fuse box needs replacing. Seeking quotes at this stage.

1) Replace shower taps to shower mixer - Please purchase new shower mixer - Shower head is leaking. - Note: Double-tiled wall, the current setup uses extenders to bring the taps out to the correct depth, however, the extenders were installed prior to the second layer of tiles being installed and so the existing square holes in the tiles need to be cut open a bit more to enable a plumbing wrench to actually be put over the extenders and enable their removal. 2) Add washers to laundry taps and put the covers back on - Note: Double-tiled wall - similar to the above, the tiles will need to be cut open a bit more to enable a plumbing wrench to get over the extenders and remove them.

I need some steps or ramp made for my senior spaniel to get in and out of my 3 door car. It’s getting trickier for him to get in and out so need someone to built something simple that I can keep in the car to use every time I need it.

Have just had bathroom tiles and just need a plumber to put the taps back on for me. Have all the taps etc, but may need an extension piece?

Remove wasps nests on roof on side of building. Maybe apply some pesticides as we have had the nests removed before and they have recolonised the area.

Repair or replace 2 shower taps. Shower has been dripping for some time, cold tap stopped turning & wouldn’t shut off. I’ve removed tap cover & used a wrench to turn the tap off for now. If repairable, happy for repairs. Cold tap is the one stuck, but okay to check or replace both taps. Ideally around midday Friday. Up one flight of stairs/lift is broken.

We need some assistance to weld the screw back into the frame so that it is stable (see attached photos). We think it should be a quick job to weld it in but otherwise if welding does not work, some strong glue could work.
