Remove the carpet grips and staples on the floor in empty, small 2 bed apartment. We’re getting new flooring, we’ve already ripped up the carpet and there’s just a border along the walls that needs to be removed plus the staples on the floor.

I have an 80cm x 80cm mahjong mat that doesn’t fit my mahjong table because the inner dimensions of the table are 78.5cm. I would like help with cutting the mat to fit and restitching the edges to look nice. The mat is a rubber backing with a soft top

Hi there, We need a licensed electrician to inspect a switchboard issue at a residential property tomorrow. One of the switches on the switchboard keeps tripping — we reset it, but it immediately flips back down. Some power is still working in the apartment, but one section is without electricity. Repair or replace 2 shower taps. Shower has been dripping for some time, cold tap stopped turning & wouldn’t shut off. I’ve removed tap cover & used a wrench to turn the tap off for now. If repairable, happy for repairs. Cold tap is the one stuck, but okay to check or replace both taps. Ideally around midday Friday. Up one flight of stairs/lift is broken.
