Water taps at the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and garden are a bit old. Will require replacement. I have already bought new water taps. Will also need to fix minor leakage of the water taps at the bathroom and laundry. Toilet bowl has minor dripping which needs fixing as well.

1/2 bathroom done. 1 piece and 1/2 air wall and taps put on.

Taps are dripping and water pressure reduced.

Dig out two clumps of bird of paradise plant. They are approx 1m in diameter each. Leave as much root bulb intact as possible ready to transplant. Please supply own tools.

I’m looking for an experienced and careful handyman to help seal small gaps in ceiling bulkheads. There are approximately 6–10 small openings along the bulkhead edges in the kitchen, living area and entry. These gaps are not visible from below, so a cosmetic finish is not required. I just want them properly sealed to prevent dust, airflow and insects. No electrical work, no ducting work is required. Wiring and equipment must not be touched. I’m looking for someone reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented rather than rushed work. Some gaps are larger (up to approx. 20cm), but all are in non-visible areas inside bulkheads.

3 to 4 steps and a gate for a rear entry

Need an experienced plumber to: 1. Replace Dorf Kemi cold water quarter turn basin tap (have spare taps and components). Note that plastic screw between lever handle and spindle I have tried but unable to turn, may need to be cut off. 2. 2x leaking garden taps. Have a spares to be used for replacement, one is on very tight (glue may have been used by the previous plumber). 3. Have 2 showers with standard taps that need to be turned very tight to turn water off. Suspect that the 4x tap washers need replacing.

Remove 11 tree stumps. The majority are small, with a width of less than 200 mm. One large olive tree stump is approximately 500 mm wide. Please check the photos for exact measurements. Limited side door access Would have to wheel machinery through the house (double doors front and back)
