One tap handle is broken off and we can’t turn it off fully, and the other is not broke but we also can’t turn it off fully. Wasting water, please help!

Recently had FTTP installed downstairs. Would love to get a quote to relocate my new WiFi router (black one in the photos) upstairs, as the WiFi speeds upstairs have been poor. I'm hoping to get this done with by running an Ethernet cable through the walls, to a wall outlet where my FTTC connection used to be (white router in photos). Please note, the current outlet upstairs is not an Ethernet outlet. I'm in a double story town house with a metal roof. Bathtub tap keeps running even when turned off – needs repair (Croydon) The bathtub tap/faucet won’t fully turn off – water keeps running even after I shut it tightly. It looks like the washer or valve might need replacement. Looking for a plumber or handy person who can fix it. Please bring tools and parts if possible. As soon as possible (today would be great)

Need a plumber to help cover the taps. The holes cut in the cupboard around taps/pipes are too big. Need it closed off

I’ve already purchased black taps & spouts. I just need a plumber who has the tools & knowledge to change over my old ones to new ones in my laundry (1 spout & 2 taps), main bathroom (spout & 2 bath taps & 2 shower taps), and en-suite (2 shower taps only). Hubby tried but could only do a couple of mixers then gave up. I have no idea on cost for labour, so just putting $5, but you can guide me. I’m negotiable on the day, but ideally on the weekend or next week on Tuesday or Wednesday, as someone needs to be home from work.

Need plumbing work to fix the leaking cold water tap and loosen hot water tap in the laundry room. The picture has been attached.

I’m looking for someone with the know how to replace 2 timber stumps that have become loose and possibly 1 or two more to atleast re secure them to the existing bearers due to a lean. There are 2 areas of the house that has sunk and would like them lifted and made secure. Access for the first 2 is easy and pretty straight forward and the other is about 5 meters under the house. Access is good and there should be plenty of room to work with. The existing first 2 stumps measure just under 800mm (exposed). You will need to bring a Jack or mini prop of some sort and stump packers with you along with the rest of the gear you will need. (The first and 3rd photo show the next stump (with level) from the crawl space access just after the main 2 and the leaning stump is the one 5m in)
