Hoping to get these tasks completed sometime between Friday 29/4 - Wednesday 04/05. Things required are: - 3 sets of venetian blinds to be taken down and replaced with double roller blinds (roller blinds need to be cut down to fit window). - Put lock barrels in security door (I purchased some replacement lock barrels but apparently there's a trick to installing them). - Replace vanity waste/plug hole (original push down one is stuck) I have a replacement from Tradelink already. - Replace washers in kitchen taps (not a mixer). - Replace one tap in laundry (one had the handle snap off) Replacement tap purchased from Tradelink already. - Remove 8 screws from kitchen doorway frame (I removed a temporary door but some screws are too tight for me to get out by hand).

Possum got in the roof last night and somehow tripped the light wire, and the light switch cannot be turned back on. But still have main power. Task: - get lights back on - patch up the hole possum used to get in

On our balcony there is gaps as pictured that I want closed to keep dirt and bugs out. There are 6 gaps to be enclosed.

Taps are dripping a bit and not closing well

We need someone to paint a few internal wall panels and the white trims outlined in the photos, due to scuffing from couch. The panels are matte grey paint which we are able to supply but the trims are white gloss timber paint which we cannot unfortunately supply. In the images: Red - are marks on grey matte paint Yellow - are marks on white gloss paint We will pay $60 + materials (Material cost MUST be reasonable and agreed upon first)
