We need to remove several banana palm tree stumps (see photos) so we can fix the trellis and replant. The space is too narrow for a stump grinder so the stumps will need to be removed by hand - so need some muscle!

About 14 stumps medium size to grind them 200mm underground and no need to remove the waste

We need someome to come to our home and grind stumps from shrubs so I can turf

I am removing a murraya hedge. I have already removed all of the hedge that I can and now I need the remainder of each plant (stump basically) removed completely as I plan to replant with different plants. There were/are six stumps.

Have two wall mounted taps (double handed) that are leaking. 1 seems to have a notch (cut) in the seat

Various internal walls (3 or 4) , mainly in our garage have minor dints and scratches which need patching and painting. One wall has a 5cm x 5cm hole which requires patching, the remainder are small dints. Approx 1 day of work including prep and painting. Existing paint is supplied, you will need to supply all other materials including any plaster required for patching.

We have paint and ladders but need someone to touch up the paint on our ceiling. Imagine it will take a very short amount of time. Would need someone to pick up a roller and sort through the 4 paints downstairs, touch up the marks. I have taken photos of all of them. Really small job, just time poor at the moment

Our kitchen sink tap is eroding at the top and it's spraying out water. We have a replacement kitchen sink tap to be installed in place of the current one. The other kitchen sink tap is very loose and needs to be tightened or replaced. - Due date: Flexible

Replace damaged skirting to about 5m around upstairs bedroom. Walls have just been painted so as minimal damage to wall surface as possible. Trying to fix this before carpet is installed next week. I've also included the downstairs now - initially I thought I could fix myself but figured may as well get a quote there as well. Downstairs skirting has already been removed as we are installing vinyl planks (this Friday) then the plan is to replace with new skirting. Upstairs though hasn't yet been removed, installing carpet to that room (next Monday)would like to fix the skirting before the carpet goes in. - Due date: Before Monday, 6 March 2023

Handyman (or woman) required to carry out some minor touch ups and repairs to my unit in Ascot. Ground floor. Drive up/easy access. Items include: Kitchen cupboard laminate (ref pic) - glue down? or whatever is possible but if not easy, then not worth spending time on Kitchen power point by sink: replace switch Kitchen tiles by stove: fill in missing grout Living area: random scuffs and scratches (paint provided). I'm only worried about the more obvious ones and the tape residue on the corner of the wall/ceiling above the couch and stain on wall/s Random mould spots (5-20c piece sizes) on ceiling (one in living, a few in laundry area): clean off w bleach and paint over if required (paint provided) Fix two new smoke alarms to ceiling and remove old plastic smoke alarm holder that is there Bathroom: replace lose tap heads/turning bits (not essential though) . Silicon gap where left of vanity meets the wall, Paint scuffs/scratches inside of bathroom door frame here closes Pics of above attached.
