Also happy for you to quickly check any other external taps while onsite. 4) Possible leak under the bath – suspected around the bath waste/trap under the house (there appears to be an old taped joint). Please inspect and repair if straightforward. Remove 4 timber stumps which are concreted into the ground and dispose of timber / plastic / metal waste (the wrecked remains of the cubby house which was on the stumps). Sand doesn’t need to go. Stumps can just be ripped out or whatever is easiest doesn’t matter if it makes a mess or leaves a big hole. Just need to be careful of the tree which is only a foot or so from one of the stumps.
