Check all taps, and fittings. Need roofing looked at if thats somethhing you do. Cant put a budget figure in as unclear about the cost of the complete works

Remove 4 timber stumps which are concreted into the ground and dispose of timber / plastic / metal waste (the wrecked remains of the cubby house which was on the stumps). Sand doesn’t need to go. Stumps can just be ripped out or whatever is easiest doesn’t matter if it makes a mess or leaves a big hole. Just need to be careful of the tree which is only a foot or so from one of the stumps.
