I have an older wall-mounted kitchen tap, which has the integrated washing machine outlet on top The cold tap is getting stiff to turn and squeals slightly. It isn't leaking. I'd like someone to service the spindle, replace the washer and O-ring if necessary, and only replace the tap if it can't be repaired. I would like them to also check the hot water tap.

Took hooks off the wall and the adhesive strip ripped off the paint in 6 places, also slightly damaged the ceiling from one of the hooks in the ceiling. Have the correct paint and a ladder. Need someone to fix before Monday as have to hand back the keys.

I’m looking for someone experienced with roller blinds to repair one blind in my apartment. The chain control mechanism appears to have worn or broken internal teeth, causing the chain to keep unwinding instead of staying up. What needs to be done: * Inspect the roller blind. * Replace the chain clutch/control mechanism if required. * Reinstall and test to ensure the blind operates smoothly. The blind fabric and roller are in good condition, so I believe only the chain mechanism needs replacing rather than the entire blind. Please include the replacement part in your quote. And now I've made a mess! A few slivers/chips in the wood to be sanded/sealed also. Plus patch white balustrade split (bottom left of photo). I have paint.
