Hi there, I’m in Torquay and need someone to come out and help fix a very stubborn Epson printer connected to a Mac. The printer shows up on the Mac, but they’re not properly communicating and it won’t print. We’ve tried: • Reconnecting to Wi-Fi • Restarting both devices • Reinstalling / updating drivers • Using a printer cable instead of Wi-Fi And they still refuse to talk to each other 😅 Looking for someone experienced with Mac + Epson setups who can properly troubleshoot and get it working. Ideally I’d love to get this sorted as soon as possible. Please let me know your availability and call-out fee. Thanks!

Have a Telstra 5G router which appears to not be broadcasting a SSID.... Its at an Airbnb the guest has already attempted to do a hard reset but I'm not sure if that was successful... Looking for someone to go down there and resolve this. Some technical skills required like logging into the router to fix any settings if applicable.
