Find a reliable computer and IT professional in Rochedale South

Can't see any connected USB drives on the PC. Disk management shows the drive, can't assign letter or format. Error attached shows when trying to format. PITA.

My TV won't come on but I've done a test by shining flashlight on screen while pressing buttons on remote and can see very faint images of apps etc, which means the backlight isn't working

Our 2 sons’ much loved & constantly used 8 year old home-built desktop gaming computer needs some revitalisation. It has been used 20 hours a day for 8 years and although it continues to work it overheats & seems to need a new fan, has no outer casing, & has no wifi capability. We’re looking for someone to hopefully replace/upgrade parts (even with used or reconditioned parts) because we can’t afford to buy a whole new computer. . Looking for someone local who can attend our house Rochedale South in the next 4 -5 days - flexible with times.

Living downstairs....Had no problems with WIFI over last 3 yrs ...Have a D-Link range extender plugged in the p/point right near laptop ..again -had no problems over last 3yrs ...over last mth ...my internet speed is RIDICULOUSLY slow ,,normally have 3 bars showing -alot of times it shows 2 and even 1 bar only ..Have had other Airtaskers out here ...even a one with 30 yrs experience ..What a job !!....enough said there ..Tested Speed test on mobile ..was showing 6-8 ..walked up stairs ..showed 30-40, owners tested himself on his Ipad ..nearly 100 he said ..ummm,,yeh right !! This is driving me crazy ..I NEED SPEED ..I trade currencies and need to refresh frequently ... WHY HAS MY WIFI SPEED changed ..he has the speed upstairs ..but mine has literally disappeared !! As i write this ..did speed test on mobile ..d/load speed around 8/9 On laptop ..its jumping around from 7 to 12 ..finally settling on 8.7 - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 13 August 2022
