We're a field services provider for commerical ISP's, providing onsite solutions and services which include data cabling, jumpering, and IT work which includes router installation, phone installation etc. Looking for a tech in this area to take on work from us here and there, 2-4 hour jobs usually, from 1 to 5 jobs a week, depending on how busy we are in this area. Outgoing server not working on one mail account. Suddenly has hundreds of server options showing. I don’t know how to fix.

I have Macbook Air 13 2018, using IOS Ventura. Computer works ok, but back up to external SSD is not working properly. Computer runs so SLOW. May need to reinstall software. Must fix this. Also I need training to sort my photo files. Technician must be really good with Mac.

the back of my iPhone 13pro max is cracked. with a bit of the computer parts exposed. I dropped it in the water. it was fine then started displaying Apple can't verify this battery message. it wouldn't charge and the message kept coming up. Then it died. it hasn't turned back on since. when i try and turn it on it shows it needs to be charged but won't charge. does anyone know how to fix this confidently? Please let me know
