All the CCTV camera works. I can see them via the TV screen from the connected monitor in the shop. I need this to be functional via the phone app. This is Zosi. They have the Zosi Smart app. I have it installed. But when I try to connect using the same wifi, it can detect the DVR. But, it gives the error code 403 and failed to connect. I need someone who can connect it to my phone's Zosi smart app so that I can see the shop from phone.

Hi, I have a HP pc and have forgotten the login passpord. I want to reset it to use it but have some important photos saved that need to be retrieved prior to reset.

We have a 150 square metre office and the below equipment (layout attached, modem location marked in image) - cctv cameras - OKI printer - Ring Central landline phone - Google drive workspace is used - Samsung Smart tv which is cast to from laptop for teams, google meet and zoom meetings - uniarch SW-2106-p switch - TP Link VX220-G2V modem router - There are also ethernet ports on most walls around the perimeter of the office We have up to 20 people in the office, all currently using wifi, a couple also use wifi calling on their mobiles. Our plan gives us 800mbs/s downloads, which we can achieve when plugging a LAN cable directly into the router, however even with only 1 person in the office sitting directly in front of the router, max wifi speeds that we can get are about 200mb/s. We often get periods where the internet becomes unusable, despite speed tests saying we're getting 100mb/s, particularly late in the afternoon. Online meetings and calls are often interrupted with lag and drop out, laptops lose connection to the TV We're looking for somebody to diagnose what the problem is & provide a recommendation for a full solution. This will include: - What equipment needs to be purchased and installed for no drop out - Define what speeds will be achieved - Ensure uninterrupted online meetings can occur
