I’m on a plan that allows me to output 500Mbs download speed. My router is dual band and supports 5ghz but my ps5 won’t connect. All my other devices connect, iPads, iPhone and PC all which comfortably produce that speed. I’ve tried everything but my ps5 will not connect saying the signal is too weak when it’s impossible that it is weak when I can easily connect my phone to it and the network is visible to the PlayStation. I’ve already tried removing smart connect and making it so I have a 2.4ghz and 5 ghz wifi and I tried forcing the connection to 5ghz (on the ps5) as I’ve seen suggested on the internet. I’m not going to run a Ethernet from the modem in one room to the ps5 in the living room (5 steps from eachother) as I don’t believe distance is the issue. I’ve looked at this problem for too long and my ps5 has a download speed of 30Mbs on the wifi that is currently running on smart connect. It’s lagging too much. I just need someone knowledgeable on this who is confident they are able to fix the issue.

We have NBN connection in the main house, and would need a cabler to connect it to the granny flat, could you provide a quotation? Is that possible to let the main house and granny flat to have 2 separate internet plans with different internet account providers? Thanks,
