i have an Aussie Broadband cable internet at my house (NBN fiber to the home). I use Google Home to manage my devices, I have 5 different devices (1 router, four points); and I also have a Google nest doorbell camera; and three other cameras connected to the system. Recently (last few days) the internet has been intermittently dropping out. Sometimes one or two of the google home wifi points goes offline; occasionally all the cameras go offline. Every time i run a 'speed test' or 'mesh test' for the network, it seems fine. but then it keeps dropping intermittnetly. I would like someone to 1) diagnose the problem (either at the Aussie broadband level or with my Google home setup, somehow); and 2) fix the problem. i imagine, for a tech savvy person, this is <1 hour work, perhaps even much less. thank you.

Our all in one computer isn’t turning on and I need help to see if it can be saved but I believe it’s dead. It’s an older model but was working well until recently. The last time it worked it showed the warning in the pic, but now it doesn’t even power on. So I need someone to come to save the data from the disk and put it on a usb drive to transfer to another computer.

We have an older model All-In-One PC that suddenly doesn’t want to start. It flashes the HP logo for a second then disappears and that’s it.
