I have a new H P laptop and require email, and programs set up to link with phone and desktop computer

My Google Home devices have stopped playing nicely since I replaced my modem. There are three displays and three speakers across a two storey townhouse. Previously they worked well via my iPhone with Google Home and Google Assistant apps, and I had them set up for groups in different zones. This was great for 3 years until the recent modem replacement. Now the displays will work for me individually but the speakers are confused and when included in a zone like ‘whole house’ it all falls apart. Need someone who can think like a Google device but work with an iPhone! I work from home so am fairly flexible on timing.

I recently made the mistake of changing my wi-fi password for my home internet and now all of my devices that were connected to that wifi need to be set up again. That is: - All 4 of my Arlo security cameras (controlled via ap on my mobile) - My video/TV projector - My 'smart' light globes (only a couple of them) - My wifi-booster thing Most urgent is my security camera's. I need them to work. The Arlo camera ap is saying "connect to a 2.4 GHz network" .... I struggled to set these up myself when I first bought them and I just cant be bothered going through it all again. Arlo does have good phone support during business hours though. I feel like I need some kind of super-nerd to help me! I'm an analogue girl living in a digital world. Please disregard the 'budget' price.
