Set up & connect printer (HP Envy - 4520) in small Adelaide CBD office. Printer is old but has never been set up or used before. Dates flexible.

I hav a 2017 iMac that is displaying the question mark file on startup. Disk first aid has identified a problem, but I don’t know enough to proceed. The Fusion Drive disk storage has been previous replaced with an ssd drive. I don’t have a backup. Can someone in Adelaide help me make a backup and reinstall the os correctly, if possible? Thanks
