Hello. I'm a single dad with 2 small girls (3&6). I’m looking for a regular cleaner for my 2bed, 1 bath unit in Woollahra. Tasks are cleaning, dusting, changing beds, tidying (eg: toys), emptying dishwasher, laundry (including folding and putting away) and some ironing. Other tasks only every 4-6 weeks done on rotation (eg: fridge clean, windows etc). It’s a small apartment and 3h per week would cover all tasks, but for initial clean will likely need 4h. Regular day would preferably be on a Wednesday during the day, but for the first week I can meet you on Tuesday during the day for the first clean to show you the apartment and where everything is? Quoted budget is the $35-per-hour rate through airtasker for initial clean. Regular long-term weekly rates can be negotiated. Cleaning products and vacuum cleaner provided.
