Kiran didn’t show on the agreed time, when I followed up, she said she’d be an hour later. Again didn’t show, with me having to ask where she was each time. Finally came 1.5hr later. The job was specifically for 4 hours of cleaning. She msged me after 1.5 hrs to say she’d finished. Most things were not cleaned, basic tasks not done, even things that I showed her specifically needed doing. Kiran rectified some of the issues I pointed out to her.
