Vacuum and Mop of a small 3 bedroom house with laminate wood floors. Takes me about 40mins to do it all, but I just can't get it done regularly. I'll provide the equipment. Looking for someone nearby who has the time and can maybe do it every 2-3 weeks for an hour including moving around and cleaning under bin, kids steps, kids toy boxes and kids floor rug (which is small and light and I'll probably chuck it in the wash half the time). These are small, light items that live on the floor, I'll make sure the rest of the mess is away.

February sometime. Monday, Tuesday or Thursdays daytime only due to work and family commitments. Time flexible, just not evening. So between the hours of 9-5 give or take a half hour. Chaos study room. Tiny. Already have drawers and boxes labelled, but have a bunch of stuff sitting on the floor in boxes that's just never made it to where it needs to go (in the drawers/tubs, donated, bin or another room). But I have a child who won't let me do it (and I don't want her getting hurt or breaking things if I try) and a hubby who works away, and I'm just frikin exhausted, so I just can never get it done, it's an overwhelming task for me.

SHORT: 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, small kitchen house plus a deck and a large shed. Too many big life events have happened in the last 2 years and it's all compounding and I can't keep up. The chaos is causing me too much stress. I want to be able to come home and feel calm again. LONG: Strong foundations for organisation in the shed (shelves, tubs etc). Kids room is neat and tidy, but the wardrobe needs help. Master bedroom functions, but again, wardrobe needs work. Study/room 3 is the bane of my existence and since moving in in a rush it has never been organised properly and it's so tiny and has so much in there. Lounge space, functional, shelving, not much work needed. Same deal for dining room. We don't actually have a dining table because we always pile shit on it 😅. Kitchen drives me bonkers. It's too damn small and it is just always messy!!! Deck, same deal as kitchen. The bench out there is piled with stuff that needs to go away and I just don't have the capacity to do it. Shed although has the good foundation mentioned above, has gotten away from me after our wedding and I just need help to get it sorted and functional again. Happy to cull what I can!

We need someone to come and help to clean up the place before it goes to the new homeowner. Cleaner will be needing to go through the house- floors, walls (where necessary) cupboards, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and if possible carpet cleaning as well. All areas that need a clean. Cleaner will need their own items and may not be there on their own- I have offered to be of assistance as well so it will hopefully be done faster.

Needing someone with a carpet cleaner vacuum to clean our carpet which has some stains before a routine inspection Tuesday .the stains have been cleaned in the past but only with our bissel leaving a outline. Just the hallways and part of the living room needing to be done.
