We’re looking for a hands-on, local interior designer or property stylist based near Kilburn, SA to help us refresh and maintain three neighbouring rooming houses (15 bedrooms in total). The goal is to keep our shared accommodation properties looking great so we can attract and retain quality long-term tenants. Your role would include: Visiting each property and doing a walk-through assessment Recommending updates (e.g. replacing or professionally cleaning furniture) Suggesting budget-friendly improvements for high-traffic areas Sourcing affordable, easy-care furniture from places like IKEA or Fantastic Furniture Organising delivery, assembly, and safe removal of items (without damaging walls/doors) Coordinating hard rubbish pickup or furniture giveaways via Gumtree/Marketplace Recommending upgrades like fresh linens, cushions, bedspreads, chairs, tables, etc. Helping decide whether existing furniture can be cleaned or needs to be replaced About the job: This is a longer-term, ongoing role – we want someone reliable we can call on regularly You’ll act as our local eyes and hands, as the owners are interstate Budget-conscious creativity is key – think low-cost, durable, and easy to clean Ideally, you’re close to Kilburn and available for regular inspections and small projects as rooms turn over If you’re practical, creative, detail-oriented, and happy to get your hands dirty (or manage people who will), we’d love to hear from you! I need a full house clean. I’ve been hauled up with a half hand amputation and finally can afford someone or a few people to come in and give my home a big clean out. I want some furniture removed from the house I want clothes culled - I need a complete overhaul of everything. With 1 hand it become impossible to keep up with tasks. I need help major help.
