Professional looking for cleaner for ongoing job possibly once a fortnight or once a week Wednesdays or Saturday mornings. Gathering quotes at the moment for the following tasks. Residence is 3 level medium size town house. Shoes off only house please. Only tasks on the list need to be completed, it shouldn't take longer than 1.5-2 hours. Feel free to bring your own headphones, we wont bother you while you clean unless you have questions. Additional information for you on fridge if you need. Must have excellent cleaning skills, good reviews, and experience with cats. -load dishwasher and clean pans, drink bottles, and cutting boards by hand -wipe kitchen benches and cupboards with vinegar and paper towel (provided) -fill coffee machine with beans and filtered water (filtered water next to microwave-easy to fill) -tidy pillows and blankets on couch -pick up any clothes on floor and store in dirty laundry basket (black baskets provided to collect dirty clothes, sheets etc) -strip bedding for bed on top level only (pillows and blankets) and store in dirty laundry basket in laundry. Don't go in bedroom/bathroom on bottom floor- door will always be closed. -scoop cats poop from litter box found in laundry room and leave in bin next to litter box -vacuum 3 levels including bottom floor hallway, 2 staircases, kitchen/loungeroom, and bedroom on top level. -mop 1st and 2nd levels (floor cleaner, mop, and stick vacuum provided) make sure vacuum is put back on charge. No need to clean out vacuum cleaner. -our cats are inside cats only so making sure you don't let them outside is crucial. -if we aren't here when you leave you can exit via the garage and make sure cats don't go in garage. Our cats mean a lot to us to making sure you are respectful to them is our priority. They are very curious and friendly. If you see them attacking the couch that's okay, just let them do what they like. No other cat care required other than the litter box and vacuum laundry area.
