Hello, Our current cleaner is retiring, so we are looking for someone to do a regular houseclean of our home. Initially we would like to do a trial to make sure we are a good fit for each other with the possibility of this moving to a regular fortnightly basis. Timing can be somewhat flexible as I am currently on maternity leave. We are looking for someone to do a thorough clean throughout all open areas 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and 1 bedroom. There will be 2 young and inquisitive children in the house so the ability to work around their play would be an asset. The job is a set 4 hours per week, so if you see something else that could be done, we want the person who will go ahead and do it, knowing they are helping two tired, busy and stressed parents, who will be incredibly grateful. What you'll also need to know - we like to employ people who understand that good communication is key and who are committed to an ongoing role. Hello, Our current cleaner is going back to uni, so we are looking for someone to do a regular houseclean of our chaotic, renovator's delight of a home on this Tuesday. However, you'll need to be available on Fridays on an ongoing basis. Timing on that Friday is flexible, so long as it's within school hours. The house itself is a 3 bedroom unrenovated bungalow, you'll need to do a thorough clean throughout - vacuum, dust, mop and scrub. It has one small kitchen and one small bathroom. The laundry will need minimal attention because of the current set-up. What will set you apart, is if you have buckets of initiative and don't mind tidying, stripping beds, ironing no more than 10 items per week, putting away clean laundry etc. The job is a set 3.5 hours per week, so if you see something else that could be done, we want the person who will go ahead and do it, knowing they are helping two tired, busy and stressed parents, who will be incredibly grateful. What you'll also need to know - we like to employ people who understand that good communication is key and who are committed to an ongoing role. Please don't apply if you are the type to quit after a couple of weeks. Cleaning products are supplied, but happy if you prefer to bring your own. We're not fussy like that.
