My mother recently passed and I need to clean out her two bedroom ground floor townhouse in its entirety ready for a bond clean. This task would involve removing everything from the property- from big appliances to clothes in the wardrobe, cups in the kitchen cupboards etc. Happy for you to keep anything of value (fridge, washing machine etc) and either donate or dump the rest. Townhouse is very small with minimal furniture and no stairs. Access is also available via the back alley behind the townhouses (this can be seen in the last photo).

Although this is a move-out clean, I only need assistance with specific tasks in two rooms (and a walk-through). I have a compact 2 story 2 bedroom home that needs REALLY THOROUGH cleaning throughout. There is one bathroom/toilet upstairs (like an ensuite) and a separate toilet in laundry room downstairs. Hard floors throughout - no carpet - just one rug in lounge room. Furniture is minimal but will need to be moved in order to clean behind and under. Five ceiling fans need to be cleaned using a ladder - 9ft ceilings. A full list of what needs to be cleaned in each room can be agreed between us, but it will be quite lengthy and I suspect it might be up to eight hours work for this heavy duty job. The place has got layers of dust/grime/cat hair that all needs to be damp-cleaned with soapy water (or equivalent). I am happy for this to be a team task but ultimately I need honest, trust worthy, reliable, with attention to detail type of person/people. I have tried using people from the larger agencies previously and many of them were very good but some were not...
