We have just renovated our house and about to put it on the market for sale. I have taken a photo of every room attached. Needing a good clean but most of the work has been done due to the reno. See below detailed list of items to be included, and items to be excluded. Clean all of the house with special focus on the below items. Please exclude the items advised below. - All plastered walls, internal doors and wall tiles don’t need to be cleaned as they were recently painted. - Slate flooring throughout to be mopped and scrubbed - Timber architraves - all to be cleaned - Carpets - vacuum only in the 3 bedrooms and living room - Linen cupboard - inside doesn’t need to be cleaned as recently painted. Clean floor and timber doors. - Laundry - clean laundry troughs well. Don’t need to clean laundry cabinet as recently painted. - Toilet - toilet is new so just needs a general clean - All windows inside (glass, frame and window sills) to be cleaned very well. - bathroom - shower screen glass and frame to be taken off hinges and cleaned very well. Vanity basin, cupboards and draws to be cleaned inside and out. Bath and shower base including tiles has just been painted so only needs a general clean. - Kitchen - pantry inside needs a general clean only as recently painted. All kitchen cupboards and draws inside needs a good clean. Stove top, range hood and oven needs good clean. Sink needs a good clean/scrub. Benchtop and tiles have been recently painted. - Living room - fire place bricks, tiles and mantle to be whiped clean, fan to be dusted. Inside fire place we will clean ourselves. - Bedroom WIR - one walk in robe, newly painted so only needs general whipe down of the timber shelf and the timber doors are to be cleaned - Due date: Before Sunday, 25 September 2022
