There is a drain in the corner of the balcony and the railings also need wiping down. Access is flat from the visitor car parks via lift to the unit and the balcony.

Note that the floor tiles are dark brown with grey grout so need to ensure the tile pigment is not bleached. There is also a very small amount of mould that has just developed on the ceiling and some either dirt / dust / mould on some of the wall grout which will need to be cleaned and removed. Bonus if you have a carpet cleaner to get out a few marks in carpet while here.

Usual, dust, mop, vaccum, bathroom clean but also want window sills and skirting boards wiped over not just dusted. Furniture and flat surfaces wiped over. Spring clean type clean. Job to be done on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday.

Nuh and his fellow workers are very nice, polite, punctual and do good work, however there were some language and communication issues. The job was not completely finished but they seemed in a hurry to leave. Maybe they were late for the next job, I’m not sure due to the language issue.
