I'm looking for a fixed-price quote for a comprehensive post-renovation builder's clean of our recently renovated home, ready for us to move in the following day. Floor plans and photos are available for reference. Please include: • Removal of construction dust from all surfaces. • Cleaning walls, ceilings, skirtings, architraves, doors/frames. • Inside/outside of cupboards, drawers, wardrobes and shelving. • Windows, glass, frames and tracks (please confirm if external windows are included). • Safe removal of stickers, paint/silicone residue, grout haze and construction marks. • Detailed bathrooms: tiles, grout, screens, mirrors, basins, toilets and fittings. • Kitchen: cabinetry inside/out, benchtops and installed appliances. • Light fittings, switches, power points and vents. • Vacuuming/mopping, using suitable products on newly finished timber floors. • Outdoor tiled areas as fresh tiles have just been laid. This list is a guide, not an exhaustive scope. We expect everything normally included in a thorough professional builder's clean to achieve a final, move-in/handover standard. Please identify any normal inclusions/exclusions or additional work required. A couple of rooms weren't renovated but have accumulated significant construction dust/grit and require detailed attention. Bedrooms will be carpeted. a small commercial property about 60 to 70 sqm roof space, requirement is to clean gutters for the property front and back and unblock the storm water pipes to prevent future gutter overflow. Some of the storm water pipes are going down very slowly and gutter would overflow during heavy rain. Please note that this require a long ladder as part of the gutter is at 2 storey height from the back.
