To remove all sort of junks underneath the subfloor of a house. They are not mostly medium size items (see pictures) so not too many. I may have drop some tools like a torch, a screwdriver or two. The person will need to get underneath through a small door by the side of the house, probably about 80cm-90cm height and won't able to stand. Remove all the loose items as see on the photos. There are probably 7-8 larger items, the rest are small (pen, measuring tape, toys...etc.) I estimate it to be around a 30 mins job. I will look through what's being recovered. This job "INCLUDE" removal of all those unwanted items, so please make sure you have enough space in your car. Underneath the house is dusty and damp. It is better to come on a Sunny day around midday lunch time. Someone who doesn't mind cobwebs. If you have a duster or a brush, please bring. I strongly encourage to bring own gloves, masks, goggle, knee pack, and old clothing. I can supply disposable gown is you don't have old clothes. I can also supply masks but better if you can bring personal ones. Any unwanted items the person can keep and re-sale. - Due date: Flexible which day (during the week or weekend) to come in. As mentioned midday is the best as it's the warmest and bright.
