I’m here from interstate for a family emergency however the accommodation I’m staying in at Kurnell NSW needs some TLC & I have a bad back so I’m unable to do any of the “hard yakka” cleaning required.Needs to be completed at Wednesday 2:30pm. Alternatively 10am Thurs or 10am Fri or 3pm Fri would suit also. The house (a beach shack with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) has carpet, lino & wooden floorboards only. I have a step ladder if needed for any of the dusting/cobweb removal up high (mainly near back door/laundry). I want the following items ONLY concentrated on & done thoroughly for 2 hours. I have multiple disabilities & back injuries thus I need the cleaner to do all the heavy duty cleaning I am unable to do. Im not looking for someone to do a general all over clean. I only want these specific areas addressed. You’ll need to BYO vacuum/bucket/mop/broom/duster etc. I’ve listed everything in order & detail so it’s easy to follow. 1) go through house & do all dusting eg air con ceiling vents, lights, tv unit & hutch, lamps, window sills, cornices, lights, in every room. Kitchen-floors only. 2. bathroom - clean shower, basin, floor & mirror 3. toilet-clean/disinfect plus clean window sill & floors 4. Laundry - floors only 5. EXTREMELY thorough vacuum - the dogs drop lots of fur (especially under the cupboards/tv unit/lounge). Only the lounge & bedroom are carpeted & they need a very thorough vacuum (you will need to move light items/furniture to vacuum properly). 6. clean any internal windows inside & out (x 3) window sills, glass door in sunroom (x1) at front of house. 7.mop all floors SUPER thoroughly please. They are very basic tasks but need a competent, experienced cleaner with a great attention to detail that can methodically work through the above list.
