RUN AWAY FROM THIS PERSON! I trusted them with my end-of-lease clean and it was a disaster. They arrived 5 hours late, then postponed to the next day. The real estate later sent a list of all the poor work. He promised to return for touch-ups but never showed, claiming he “couldn’t find the key” in the lockbox. No invoice provided. AUD 500 wasted and zero professionalism.

One small dog will be there unless I can organise for him to be elsewhere. - Wooden floors in living areas, carpet in bedrooms (not required to be cleaned, see below), tiles in bathroom - Walls, ceiling and surface dusting & wipe - Internal windows, window tracks - Clean fans, skirting boards and architraves - Move all furniture to clean behind (including fridge) - Clean oven, fridge - Dust and wipe all kitchen cabinets inside and out & top - Clean curtains (or advise how to) I don't want any steam cleaning of the wooden floors - I have been advised against this. I also have a task for a professional upholstery clean of lounge and carpets, which I will try to arrange for after this task. Due date: Flexible

I would like some springcleaning tasks completed. I will provide all equipment and cleaning supplies. I need things Like mirrors and windows cleaned, some walls cleaned, fans, dusting etc jobs I just cat seem to get on top of before Christmas. I want quality over qty.
