Private Chef for Birthday BBQ – Newstead (6 December) Hi! I’m looking for a private chef to help with a birthday BBQ celebration on Saturday, 6 December, between 12pm and 5pm in Newstead. We’ll be around 20 people, and the idea is to have a relaxed and fun afternoon with a mix of appetizers and grilled meats cooked on the building’s BBQ area. I can buy all the ingredients in advance — I just need someone to: • Prepare and cook the food (both appetizers and BBQ) • Handle plating and basic serving • Take care of the clean-up afterwards The BBQ area is well-equipped, but you’re welcome to bring your own utensils or tools if preferred. We are hosting family from overseas from 21st December to 31st December, during this period of time we require a cook to assist with preparation of breakfast and lunches. We will provide all food/equipment and preparation will be done in our kitchen. Example breakfasts are bacon and eggs/avocado on toast, fresh juice/fruit platters etc, for lunch some examples would be charcuterie or cheese platters, wraps/sandwiches and salads. Total number of people will be 6 adults, 2 children and 1 baby, with some days being only 4 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. Hours can be confirmed - proposed hours 7am to midday, however if lunches are pre-prepped possible hours could be 7am to whenever breakfast is done and lunch food is prepped. Happy to discuss. There are no food allergies.
