I would like a quote for the fitting of 3 ceiling fan/lights in bedrooms within existing light fittings with a look to potentially fitting one in the lounge if possible - current location of light not feasible for a fan. I also have a spotlight fitted to the front of my house that I'd like replaced and a down light in the kitchen that needs replacing. The dwelling is single story with no roof access (flat roof home). The home was built in 1976 and to the best of my knowledge is made from Hardy Plank, Besser brick, plasterboard and has a metal roof. We do not have the ceiling fan lights - can either purchase if easier or use a product supplied by you.
