We have a ceiling fan that needs to be installed in our bedroom. It’s remote controlled so we wont need the switch, just connecting the fan to the ceiling and electrical. Our house is a townhouse with the bedrooms on the bottom level. There is no attic or crawl space to access the ceiling so it’s slightly more difficult than a standard insulation. There is down lights already in the celling and we would like the fan to be in the middle of the room Looking for licensed electrician only

The fans have a wall control module that I would want installed next to the existing light switches. Looking for someone who performs quality work.
