Kitchen needs to be demolished with all cabinets removed (as in picture), Lino in kitchen to be removed and carpet throughout the unit (2 bedrooms and living area). Total carpet and Lino area is approx 40 m2. Everything has to be taken off site.

Small patch of dog urine has stained the carpet overnight. I have tried some traditional methods for stain removal but it’s not budging this morning.

Need an existing carpet and underlay removed and replaced. We have a dog so would be looking for the supply of a nylon twist speckled grey colour or similar(see image) complete with new underlay. Measurements are within the image, but maximum dimensions of the room are 4.53 x 3.58m. Bedroom is located on the ground level with direct access to the backyard.
