Remove & Dispose of Old Carpet • Remove all existing carpet and underlay from 5 rooms. • Remove any leftover tack strips, nails, or staples. • Dispose of materials in accordance with local regulations. 2. Prepare Subfloor • Ensure concrete slab is clean, level, and ready for installation. • Patch or smooth minor imperfections if needed (as part of installation scope). 3. Install Supplied Carpet • Professionally install carpet in all five areas using appropriate stretching techniques. • Lay with precision around door frames, corners, and built-in fixtures. • Tack strips or adhesive to be supplied by installer (unless noted otherwise). • New underlay will also be supplied (if applicable), or clarify if installer to provide. 4.
