Looking for an experienced professional to stretch the carpet in my one-bedroom apartment. The current carpet is loose and has wrinkles, creating a tripping hazard. I need an experienced air tasker to remove carpet underlay from two bedrooms and a landing before new carpet is put down. See pics for more info. This needs to be done after 3pm.
