I am looking for someone to fix my window frame. It is from the 1960s. The current wood frame is rotten. I want to replace the wooden frame around the movable window.

Looking for a carpenter or handyman to install a horizontal timber support (noggin/blocking) inside the wall to support a kitchen rangehood. Scope of work: • Install a horizontal timber support (noggin) between two existing vertical studs • This will support the rangehood mounting brackets and transfer the load to the wall framing • The kitchen cabinet will be removed by the kitchen installer beforehand, so access to the wall studs will be available • May require opening a small section of plasterboard to install the support

On 2 roof gables, the timber has moved off stucco on corner edge - need to secure before rain

We need two skate park type corners built at the property for a large home made slip and slide. We will cover the corner in foam and tarp but we just need the frame built. It would be best to have someone come out to measure and quote costs etc. Picture for rough reference.
