We have a baby cot which is great, but our toddler is very tall / strong and can pull herself over the rails. Keen to lower the mattress or put a bar on top - whatever you think is best - so we get another 15-20cm height out of it. It needs to be really strong and safe, as we are sleep training

Finishing the cut edge to look professional (preferably bent down over the edge for a clean finish). Ideally, re-welding or properly sealing the corner so it looks original and prevents sharp edges. Requirements: Experience with stainless steel fabrication / metalwork. Must have the correct tools for cutting stainless steel and finishing edges. Add timber joists ontop on sloping concrete floor (will need to be cut at an angle, sample photo attached). Maximum fall is 150mm at 1 End. Room is about 2.5m x 10m in size. Also place OSB flooring on top. Materials cost will be added on top.

Set of stairs need to be sanded back fairly heavily and re stained. Job includes the middle landing. Sanding only top and front face of each tread. Apply a final coat of non slip when complete. Unsure of a budget for this one, any quotes appreciated. Thanks

I have move into a new home and the laundry is designed for a front loader washing machine. I would like to reconfigure as cost effectively as possible to fit my top loader. There is currently two under bench cabinets and a laminex benchtop running across the top. Option one: cut benchtop at sink and remove. Remove left hand cabinet Option two: cut benchtop over washing machine gap and move left hand cupboard across 5cm to accomodate my washing machine. Option three: remove benchtop. Move left hand cupboard across 5cm and replace with new benchtops on top of each cabinet. I have a plumber to reconnect the sink if needed. I understand that cutting the benchtop will leave a raw edge. I don’t mind living with this as an interim measure if there isn’t a way to finish the edge. - Due date: Flexible
