Existing wooden shed base rotting. Needs replaced. Please find photos of shed. The left of shed sits on a short, shallow retaining wall. To rear is neighbours fence and to right is a low wall. In front of shed are petgolla support posts. Shed MAY need to be partially dismantled/rebuilt to allow access for installation of new base but will leave thst call to installer.

Require all the areas under old kitchen cabinetry to match the rest of the flooring (or as close as possible is also fine). This requires sanding, painting and polishing.
