I need a Carpenter to quote on building a room in my garage. This offer is only to come out to my property and quote. I am based in Everton Park and am flexible with starting dates. I heed some framing, walls put up, some concreting and painting.

I need my front wooden door re-Stained professionally. I have tried staining it and its leaving marks.. it looks like it will need ro be completely sanded back to bare preped and then strained. I will provide the stain so no need for that

Qualified Carpenter needed to build a wall in the garage and finish off other areas like a doorway and a laundry cabinet plus shelving. My offer is only to come out and quote.

Please see the attached photo: The white decorative wood batons (vertical and horizontal) on the front of the garage are rotting and falling off. We need a carpenter to cut and replace these.

Carpenter needed to do some jobs

Three doors need adjusting: Firstly, Cupboard door needs reattached and aligned. Secondly, Bedroom door hits at the top, adjust so it closes again. Third, Laundry downstairs/outside door does not close. Adjust frame or door (or adjust door size a little-patch paint) so that it closes and locks.

In need of a cabinet maker to partially disassemble lower kitchen cabinetry (not island) so we can access behind. These cabinets will be reused so they need to be taken out carefully. Images attached.
