Please see the attached photo: The white decorative wood batons (vertical and horizontal) on the front of the garage are rotting and falling off. We need a carpenter to cut and replace these.

Three doors need adjusting: Firstly, Cupboard door needs reattached and aligned. Secondly, Bedroom door hits at the top, adjust so it closes again. Third, Laundry downstairs/outside door does not close. Adjust frame or door (or adjust door size a little-patch paint) so that it closes and locks.

I am going to install an under bench dishwasher using the space from the cabinet under the sink, I measured the space and it is adequate. So I need to do some carpentry for that cabinet and then need to install a new power supply. You need to have a electrician certificate to do the power job in Queensland.
