A wooden frame surround, to hide existing iron frame in fireplace. Not a huge budget available. The wood will not be painted, so something nice but not too expensive required. Plan of what needed in the photos.

We recently had new face boards put on to wrap around the outside of a deck adjustment. The person who did it said they could not get the bottom board any more flush to the ground due to the floor concrete level being very uneven which it is (higher at each end and dips lower in the middle). However the gap is quite large and more obvious now we have painted the wood so we want someone who is able to do a better job and cut the wood more in line with the ground to leave a smaller gap. We have two spare boards of wood to use for the job, want it done only removing the bottom board not the entire thing.

I just installed some new floorboard and now unable to close the bathroom door because of the floor trim. Need help to cut around 0.3-0.5cm from the bottom of the door. let me know if you need more info or picture.

4x Vintage dining chairs that the chrome has surface level rust - can be removed but unable to get int he crevice of the backing of the chair due to it being glued to the chrome pole. Wanting it to be restored and cleaned and reglued on if possible

Description: I need a welder to permanently attach 2 threaded bulkheads to a large stainless steel pot. The silicon O-rings aren't providing an adequate seal, so I want them welded in place. Details: Material: Stainless steel pot Job: Weld 2 bulkheads (there's already 1 existing bulkhead on the lid - see first photo) Locations: First bulkhead: On the lid (flat surface) - will be the 2nd bulkhead on the lid Second bulkhead: On the side of the pot (curved surface) The pot will have 3 bulkheads total when finished - only 2 need welding. Looking for someone experienced with stainless steel welding who can ensure a clean, watertight seal.

I need a carpenter to shave down 3 bedroom doors and 2 small sliding doors by 2 cm each. We need this done before carpet installation which will take place that afternoon. Images of each type of door is attached.

Stain and varnish of 16 1200x2400 pine plywood boards. Each panel has 50% CNC cutouts (as seen in the pictures) so they are flimsy...care will need to be taken when handling. Only the front side needs to be treated. Some minor sanding might be needed around the cutouts, but the majority has been done. Stain, varnish and pre stain primer is supplied. Panels need to be taken off site as I don't have the space to do lay them out to spray them. Your own work space is needed.

Our bi-fold door has copped a hammering from the weather and needs to be cleaned up. I need someone with expertise in painting/staining to give it some love. It will need to be sanded and stained and probably need some of the grey colour cleaned out of it.
