We are looking for an experienced and reliable carpenter to complete our ongoing home renovation as soon as possible. Our previous carpenter unfortunately injured his leg after falling from a ladder. He has completed some of the work, but his recovery may take around 6 weeks, so we need someone to take over and finish the remaining work. Photos are attached showing the current condition and work already completed. Scope of work includes: • Complete the remaining existing renovation/framing work • Prepare/complete a new toilet and bathroom area • Complete the new kitchen area and remove the existing internal kitchen • Remove the existing kitchen window and replace it with an existing sliding door (swapping their locations) • Replace another existing window with another window we already have • Remove an internal gyprock/plasterboard wall section to create a wider, open space • Install Hardie sheets where required • Complete associated carpentry and finishing work Materials & Trades: Most materials will be supplied by us. If Hardie sheets are required, please advise the quantity needed and we can supply them. All plumbing and electrical work will be arranged and provided separately by us, so these do not need to be included in your quote. Site inspection is preferred before confirming the final price, as this will allow you to properly inspect the existing work and understand exactly what needs to be completed.
