The ceiling in our bathroom has stains on it. There seem to be no significant plumbing issues that have been reported. Per the attached picture, there are a few water stains / spots on the ceiling. The damage doesn’t look too bad as it’s quite subtle, but the spots are there. And over the past couple months, it’s gotten worse. Not sure if it needs to be painted or something else.

I need someone to carry out the following tasks in my new apartment.   1. Mount a bathroom shaving cabinet and connect up the 2x internal power points (supplied). The cabinet is 1500mm wide and will be going onto a tiled wall. Power source wise, there is a power point on the side wall next to where the cabinet will go otherwise there is also a couple of power point from the wall behind in the other room. The existing mirror is just hung onto the wall and not stuck on. 2. Bathroom heater (supplied by me) to be hung onto the tiled wall in the bathroom. Will need to add a power point onto the wall to power it (not supplied) 3. Add a power point (not supplied) onto the wall next to the kitchen island. 4. Add a power point (not supplied) onto the tiled wall in the second bathroom. From a power sources perspective, there is either another power point on the same wall or on the wall directly behind it. Happy to answer any questions for quoting purposes. Budget is flex as long as the job is done properly.
