Task is to install clear Perspex / polycarbonate sheeting on top of the structural beams, angled high at one end, low at the other for water flow behind an existing back screen.

Need kitchen and bathroom taken back to bare walls (concrete walls) and floors. Kitchen: Cupboards, small splash back, and floor lino and cork tiles underneath to be removed. Services will be disconnected by others prior. Bathroom: Remove floor and wall tiles, bathtub, bath hob/support, vanity, toilet, towel rail and paper holder. Plumbing will be disconnected and capped where necessary prior. You will have to supply your own tools and PPE etc - everything you'll need to complete the job. A trailer skip will be available for use. The job is in an apartment, on the third level of the building. All care must be taken to keep outside areas clean and undamaged. Preferred date of July 8th, but 7th could be possible. Later that week also possible, prefer to avoid the 9th... Both areas are quite small. Need draftsman to measure and draw a floor plan and produce floor plan with ceiling heights in CAD. It’s a simple 100 sqm retail tenancy and will be based on removing all internal walls / partitions and stripping back to bare shell. Therefore only need to measure external walls and ceiling heights so should be quite quick / easy to do.
