Find skilled builders in Wellington Point

I have a weak leak under my driveway ($300 excess water for a couple quarters). A leak finder service found the area where it is. The leak seems to be near a previous leak where concrete was already cut out. I have dug down and found the pipes but the leak seems just out of reach. Looking for someone to provide options, and sort either just recouple the poly (I have spare poly and couplings), or recommend an alternative solution.

The concrete and a pvc water pipe have been damaged at a house we recently bought, we want the shoulder of the driveway spread wider to allow for turning. And the pvc pipe to be diverted a little to come out to the gutter further left of the driveway so it won’t get damaged again. 1. Increase shoulder of driveway with concrete 2. Fix section of gutter with new concrete 3. Divert pvc drain pipe to the left exiting on gutter so cars won’t damage it See my messy sketch

I have a patio at the back of my house that has a slight drop on the one side to the garden and a larger drop on a second side down to the entrance to the shed and path to the swimming pool. This side includes one set of 5 steps. I need to make the patio safe to prevent a child falling off the edge and hurting themselves. I've estimated the length of fencing/barrier required to be around 10m - 5 metres for each of the two sides. I'm thinking the material could be metal, wood or PVC, as long as its strong enough (and high enough - 1m?) to prevent a child falling through it. - Due date: Before Friday, 10 March 2023
