I'd like a builder who can remove some flooring from my apartment unit. I'd like to be able to inspect the area underneath as there is a balcony outside where the waterproofing has likely failed. in this section there is a 300mm or so distance between the flooring and the slab below and I'd like to see if that area is still structurally sound. the flooring sheet looks to be about 2800m x 900mm I'm happy for someone to cut a smaller section out to allow access, but happy if the whole sheet needs to be replaced or re-layed. the requirement is to remove a section or the whole sheet. and then re-attend at a later date to reinstate or make good. there is potential for the right person to also inspect and rectify further issues below if any, however this quote is purely for the removal and reinstatement with 2 attendances.
