The complete Glas-Stax system is already on site. Scope: Remove existing sliding doors. Demolish approx. 1m of adjoining brick wall to widen opening, with clean saw-cut to remaining brickwork. Remove/dispose of debris. Temporarily prop existing roof/patio structure during works. Supply/install structural steel posts/columns and required footings/anchors. Supply/install engineered steel lintel/beam above opening. Structure must be accurately level, rigid and suitable for the Glas-Stax overhead track. Install and align Lotus overhead track. Install, align and calibrate glass panels, seals and floor guides to Lotus specifications. Make good surrounding areas as required. Lift up , remove and reset existing draining channel at the bottom of the driveway before the garage . Replace with heavy duty drainage channel . Ensure connection/ pipe fittings to below ground soak well .
