Replace pergola roofing. With or without you providing the materials. Quote to replace them all (8 sheets in total) The sheet sizing are standard bunnings 3m x 0.860m wavy polycarbonate sheets. 8 sheets in total. Currently there are roughly 192 polycarbonate roofing screws with dome washers installed. It takes about 24 screws per sheet. Please also note, during replacing, there are some timber on the frame that are coming off that will need hammered back in with potentially additional regular nails needed to ensure they don't come off again due to high wind.

Hey, you need to install a sheet/board under ceiling of pergola to hide insulation and look it tidy. I can buy sheet/board and relevant material. You will need to cut, insert and ensure looks tidy. It is around 5X5, height from ground is around 2.5m. Pergola has metal roof with water leakage from couple of points. You will need to close the gap.

Hi, I need help replacing one broken piece of polycarbonate roofing on my pergola. Details: Only 1 sheet needs replacing. I will provide the polycarbonate sheet and roofing screws. You will need to bring all the required tools (e.g. high ladder, scissors to cut the sheet, ruler, drill, screwdriver, etc.). What needs to be done: 1. Remove the old sheet. 2. Unscrew and remove the old screws. 3. Cut new sheet to size (if needed). 4. Fit the new sheet. 5. Secure with new screws. Note: One piece of timber on the pergola is a bit rotten, which makes it hard to screw into. I’ll need your advice on how to secure the new roofing sheet without replacing the whole timber beam. You might need to attach a small piece of timber to it, or suggest another way to fix it properly. Looking for someone to build a sturdy yet affordable pergola/shade for this brick area. Wood bases are already in place. Doesn’t have to cover the entire area. Open to suggestions on materials and design to make this cost effective as realise this budget is low.
