In need of a bricklayer to replace 1 cracked brick and new mortar between 4 bricks where lintel has not been installed to support existing ducted heating unit, so we also need a lintel installed. The ducted heating unit has already been removed by certified plumber ready for the brickies and there are spare bricks at the property already to use. Need done asap as house is up for sale and deemed as a major defect to the property.
